CLASS LEVELS

BEGINNERS

Beginners classes are suitable for students with little or no yoga experience. All mats and props are provided. 

1 hour class

LEVEL 1

Level 1 is for those who have completed at least one Beginners Iyengar Yoga course or similar. Classes may include inversions & backbends.

1-1.5 hour class

LEVEL 2-3

Level 2 is for experienced students only and includes full inversions such as headstands.

Level 3 students are expected to have a home practice.

1.5 -2 hour class
