FIRST YOGA CLASS

Bayside Yoga opens approx 10 minutes before the start of each class. If you have yoga mat bring it along or borrow one of our mats.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing like leggings or shorts so you can move freely. We have a change room available.

BRING TO CLASS

Bring your own yoga mat & towel/blanket. We also have some props you can borrow or purchase.

MISSED CLASS

If you miss a classes you can make it up in another class in the same term ( up to 2 make-up classes per term)

BEFORE CLASS

We recommend you don't have any large meals in the 3hrs before a class. 

SHOES & BAGS

Please take your shoes off before walking to your mat. Bags can be taken into the room.

MEDICAL

If you are injured or pregnant contact us before booking your first yoga class.

A registration form is emailed for your first booking.

FIRST CLASS

Arrive 5 -10 min before class so we can show you around. Parking is available close to the studio.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online or book via the contact page . Credit Card is available at the yoga studio.
