FIRST YOGA CLASS

Bayside Yoga opens approx 10 minutes before the start of each class. If you have yoga mat bring it along or borrow one of our mats.

WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing like leggings or shorts so you can move freely.

BRING TO CLASS

Bring your own yoga mat & towel/blanket. We also have some you can borrow or purchase.

MEDICAL

Medical forms are emailed when you book. If you are injured or pregnant contact us before your first yoga class.

BEFORE CLASS

We recommend you don't have any large meals in the 3hrs before a class.

SHOES & BAGS

Please take your shoes off before walking to your mat. Bags can be taken into the room.

MISSED CLASS

If you miss a class in a course you can book into another class as a make-up in the same term.

FIRST CLASS

Arrive 5 -10 min before class so we can show you around.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online or book via the contact page & pay by Credit Card on the day.

COVID-19

Please scan the QR code when you enter. Do not come to class if you are sick or have been told to quarantine.
