Yoga Class Details

Casual Beginners Classes can be a great way to try out a class before joining for a term. You do not need to be flexible to start yoga and you don't need any yoga experience to join a beginners class. Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one. Yoga Mats and Yoga straps can be purchased in the studio. A short registration form will be emailed to you once you have booked. Fully vaccinated students only.
