Yoga Class Details

Our Intro Iyengar Yoga course is a great way to learn the basics of Iyengar Yoga at your pace. You do not need to be flexible to start yoga and you don't need any yoga experience to join an intro class. Casual Intro Classes can be a great way to try out a class before joining for a term. You are welcome to bring along your own yoga mat or use one of the studio yoga mats. No need to bring anything else, as we have everything you will need. Teacher - Bonnie
