Kickstart your Monday mornings with Michelle’s Level 1-2 Iyengar Yoga class. With over 27 years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher, Michelle designs her classes to help you refine your skills and deepen your practice, emphasizing alignment. You'll explore dynamic asanas—including standing poses, inversions, twists, forward bends, and backbends—with alternative options tailored to meet various needs. Whether you bring your own mat or use one of ours, you’ll find that we provide everything else you need. This class is ideal for students with at least 1 year of yoga experience who are ready to advance their practice.
