Yoga Class Details

Level 1 Casual Classes can be a great way to try out a class before joining for a term. Level 1 students need to have completed a beginners Iyengar Yoga course or use the contact page to enquire about the suitability of this class. You are welcome to bring along a yoga mat or we have mats in our studio. No class King’s Birthday - 12th June Teacher - Bonnie
