Yoga Class Details

Level 2-3 students have completed a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga course. Students will have experience in inversions such as Salamba Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana. Please email/phone if you would like more details. Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one. Yoga Mats and Yoga straps can be purchased in the studio. 10 Weeks /12th July - 13th September.
