Yoga Class Details

James Bahuth has been working with people teaching yoga and a wide range of meditative therapies for more than 30 years. James currently holds a Level 3 (SI 1) certificate and sits as an Assessor/Moderator with the Australian Iyengar Yoga Association. The theme will be Standing Poses and Inversions, suitable to all students with at least 6 months yoga experience. The Intensive workshops are sequenced in a way to aid in deepening the relationship to your personal practice. Teacher - James Bahuth
