Develop deeper strength and stability as your practice builds.Join Michelle's Level 1-2 Yoga class on Saturday mornings for a refreshing start to your weekend. With over 29 years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher of Iyengar Yoga, Michelle’s classes are designed to refine your skills and deepen your practice, with a strong emphasis on alignment. You'll engage in dynamic asanas including salutes, standing poses, inversions, twists, and backbends, with options available to accommodate various needs. Our studio provides everything you need, whether you bring your own mat or use one of ours. This class is perfect for students with at least 2 years of yoga experience who are looking to advance their practice.
