Kickstart your Wednesday mornings with Michelle’s Progress & Practice (Level 1-2) course. With over 29 years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher, Michelle offers a class designed to enhance your skills and deepen your practice, with a strong emphasis on alignment. You’ll engage in a range of dynamic asanas, including inversions, twists, forward bends, and backbends, with modifications provided to accommodate various needs. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one of ours; we’ll supply everything else you need. This class is perfect for those with at least a year of yoga experience who are eager to advance their practice.
