Throughout the term, Casual Classes are available within all courses, offering flexibility for those who may not be able to commit to the full course. These classes provide an opportunity to experience different aspects of yoga or to simply supplement your regular practice, ensuring that you can continue your yoga journey no matter what your schedule looks like.
