Which Class Should I Start With?

We’ve made it simple:

Foundations (Intro)
Perfect if you’re new or returning after a break. Learn the basics, build confidence, and feel comfortable in your body.

Stability & Alignment (Level 1)
Our most popular class. Build strength, improve posture, and move with control.

Reduce stiffness and relieve back, neck, and shoulder tension. This class is ideal if you sit a lot or feel tight.

​Progress & Practice (Level 1-2)
Ready for more challenge? Develop deeper strength and stability as your practice builds.

(Level 1-2)

Experienced (Level 2)
For experienced students looking to refine technique and explore more complex work.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your class so we can show you around and help you settle in. If you’re new, there’s a quick form to fill out before you begin. All yoga props, including mats, are provided, though you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer. We ask that you remove your shoes before entering the practice space, and you’re welcome to bring your bag into the room with you. Bookings can be made online or via our contact page, and credit card payments are available at the studio. If you happen to miss a class, you can make it up in another session within the same term (up to two make-up classes). If you’re currently injured or pregnant, please get in touch with us before booking your first class so we can guide you appropriately.
