Whether you’re feeling stiff, dealing with back or neck tension, or simply want to move and feel better,
Bayside Yoga is a welcoming place to begin. We offer small group classes with personalised guidance, so you’re supported every step of the way, not just following along in a crowded room.
At Bayside Yoga, we focus on strength, stability, posture, and reducing pain and stiffness through the principles of Iyengar Yoga. You’ll learn how to move with more awareness, improve alignment, and feel real progress over time. Most yoga classes move too fast for real learning. We believe better movement comes from precision, attention, and understanding your body properly. That’s why we teach differently.
