We have Iyengar Yoga classes for all levels including beginners, experienced and youth classes. Deepen your practice with our experienced yoga teachers who have many years of experience.
WHAT TO WEAR
Wear comfortable clothing like leggings or shorts so you can move freely. We have a change room available.
BRING TO CLASS
All Yoga Props including yoga mats are provided. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
If you miss a classes you can make it up in another class in the same term ( up to 2 make-up classes per term)
We recommend you don't have any large meals in the 3hrs before a class.
SHOES & BAGS
Please take your shoes off before walking to your mat. Bags can be taken into the room.
