We have Iyengar Yoga classes for all levels including beginners and experienced classes. Deepen your practice with our experienced yoga teachers who have many years of experience.

Beginners/Intro

Classes

If you're new to Yoga, join one of our Beginners or Intro Classes. You don't need to have any experience, or be flexible to start. Yoga poses can be scaled to meet your individual needs.

What is Iyengar Yoga?

Iyengar Yoga is a traditional path of yoga covering all aspects of yoga from the physical practice, to understanding of the breath & meditation. It is named after B.K.S. Iyengar.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing like leggings or shorts so you can move freely. We have a change room available.

BRING TO CLASS

All Yoga Props including yoga mats are provided. You may bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

MISSED CLASS

If you miss a classes you can make it up in another class in the same term ( up to 2 make-up classes per term)

BEFORE CLASS

We recommend you don't have any large meals in the 3hrs before a class. 

SHOES & BAGS

Please take your shoes off before walking to your mat. Bags can be taken into the room.

MEDICAL

If you are injured or pregnant contact us before booking your first yoga class.

FIRST CLASS

Arrive 5 -10 min before class so we can show you around. New Students fill out a short form. 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online or book via the contact page . Credit Card is available at Studio.
