Workshops

Our workshops are a great way to spend a little more time on your practice and explore things in more depth, with guidance from our experienced teachers.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your understanding, or simply enjoy a longer session, workshops offer a supportive space to learn, try new things, and grow your confidence.

If you’re newer to Iyengar Yoga, you’re very welcome to join. We recommend around six months of regular practice so you can get the most out of the experience, but there’s always support along the way.

Each workshop has a different focus, so you can choose what interests you most. It’s a chance to slow down, learn more about your body, and leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and inspired.
