Winter Morning Workshop | August 8th & 9th, 2026 Warm up this winter with a focused 2 day workshop designed to energise your body and deepen your yoga practice. Led by Michelle, who brings over 29 years of experience, these sessions offer clear, supportive guidance with a strong focus on alignment, helping you refine your skills and build confidence. This workshop is suitable for students with six months or more yoga experience. It’s a great opportunity to spend more time on your practice, explore key poses in more detail, and enjoy the rhythm of morning yoga over the weekend. Expect a mix of strength, stability, and steady progression, all in a supportive and welcoming environment. Workshop Schedule: Saturday 8th August , 7.30pm–8.30pm Restorative Saturday 8th August , 1.30pm–3.30pm Asana Sunday 9th July, 10:00am–12:00pm Asana Start your weekend feeling focused, energised, and enjoy practising alongside a like minded community.
