Backbends adhere to clear points of ignition in establishing pathways intwined with spinal extension. Including first the givenness of a soft brain as a starting point and we have endless possibilities to create and explore this unique energetic shape. James Bahuth has been working with people teaching yoga and a wide range of meditative therapies for more than 30 years experience. Please note: no partial attendance.
