Yoga Class Details

Level 1-2 students have completed a minimum of a beginners Iyengar Yoga course. Classes may include asanas such as inversions & backbends. Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one. Yoga Mats and Yoga straps can be purchased in the studio. No Class 8th Feb/2023 Teacher - Nicole Hills
