With over 27 years of experience as both a practitioner and teacher, Michelle offers thoughtful, detailed guidance with a strong focus on alignment, helping you refine your technique and deepen your understanding. Classes explore a range of poses, including inversions, twists, forward bends, and backbends, with options provided to suit different levels and individual needs.
