Yoga Class Details
Our Progress & Practice (Level 1–2) class on Monday evenings is a great way to build strength, focus, and consistency in your practice. Taught by Michelle, who brings over 27 years of experience, this class offers clear, detailed guidance with a strong focus on alignment as you continue to develop confidence and refine your technique. Classes include a dynamic range of poses, with work on standing poses, twists, backbends, and inversions, helping you develop strength, stability, and a deeper understanding of your practice. This class is suitable if you’ve completed a beginner Iyengar Yoga course or have some prior experience. If you’re unsure whether it’s the right level for you, feel free to get in touch via our contact page. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use one of the mats provided at the studio.
