Yoga Class Details
Start your weekend feeling energised and focused with Michelle’s Progress & Practice (Level 1–2) class on Saturday mornings. With clear, supportive guidance and a strong focus on alignment, Michelle helps you build momentum in your practice while refining your understanding and confidence. This dynamic 1 hour 15 minute class includes a range of asanas such as standing poses, twists, forward bends, backbends, and inversions. Options are always offered so you can work at your own level while continuing to progress. Ideal for students who feel ready to move forward, take on new challenges, and develop their practice further. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or use one of the mats provided at the studio.
