1 x hour Foundations (Intro) for those starting out or returning to yoga
Yoga Class Details
Our Foundations class is the perfect place to start if you’re new to yoga or returning after a break. You’ll learn the basics in a supportive environment, build confidence, and begin to feel more comfortable in your body. Taught by Jodie, whose classes are known for their caring guidance and gentle, encouraging approach, this is a welcoming way to ease into yoga at your own pace. Flexibility isn’t required, and no prior experience is needed—just come as you are. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours, and all other equipment is provided.
