Yoga Class Details
Our Progress & Practice (Level 1–2) class is perfect if you’re ready to take the next step and build momentum in your yoga practice. Taught by Michelle, who brings over 27 years of experience, this class offers clear, focused guidance with an emphasis on alignment as you develop greater strength, stability, and confidence. Expect a more active and engaging class, exploring a range of poses including standing work, twists, forward bends, and backbends.
