Yoga Class Details

Our Level 1 Iyengar Yoga Casual Class is a great way to develop your yoga skills. You are welcome to bring along your own yoga mat or use one of the studio yoga mats. No need to bring anything else, as we have everything you will need. New students are welcome to join this course.
