Yoga Class Details

Level 1-2 students need to have completed a beginners Iyengar Yoga course or use the contact page to enquire about the suitability of this class. Level 1-2 Casual. You are welcome to bring along a yoga mat or we have mats in our studio. Teacher - Michelle
