Yoga Class Details

Level 2 students have completed a Level 1 Iyengar Yoga course. Classes may include asanas such as inversions & backbends. Please email/phone if you would like more details. You are welcome to bring along your own yoga mat or use one of the studio yoga mats. No need to bring anything else, as we have everything you will need. Yoga Teacher - Michelle
